Welcome to the church in Clevedon

We may meet in different locations...

and express our faith in different styles...

but we have a common purpose....

to demonstrate the love of Jesus to all in Clevedon.

We love God and we love Clevedon! ....

Churches here are full of people who have stories of God's amazing love and power to change lives.

We would really welcome you to share in what God has done, what He is doing and what He can do....for you and for others!!

"THE RELATE CAFE" started on Friday June 10th

and is now open each week from 9am-11.30am

at the Salvation Army, 37 Old Street, BS21 6DA

"The Relate Cafe" is offering a relaxed environment in the Salvation Army, where people can meet up with friends, have a coffee or just read the paper. "The Relate Cafe" is open every Friday. The different charities involved really hope that this joint venture will become a community hub of support and friendship.

A number of Clevedon based Christian charities have joined forces to better serve the people of Clevedon and surrounding area. Clevedon, North Somerset.  The Salvation Army, Clevedon District Foodbank, and CAP (Christians Against Poverty) are all coming together under the umbrella of Churches Together in Clevedon to ensure that those in the Clevedon, and surrounding area that most need help are not over looked. For the first time these charities will be working together to provide the residents of their community with a wide range of support.

“The Relate Café” will offer practical support such as food parcels, utilities support, assistance with on-line Job Searches and CV writing. It is expected that other support services will become available in due course. In addition to all the above services a discreet budgeting and money management facility will be available to help people to plan and thus get full control over their finances, bringing increased freedom and hope in money matters.

The Foodbank started as a CTiC initiative and the Clevedon branch of the Credit Union is sponsored by CTiC. So we are delighted that this opportunity has arisen for both the Foodbank and the local Credit Union branch to become more widely accessible. We hope the benefits of this “one stop shop”, in the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Salvation Army,  will be a big plus for the town.”
